Our Philosophy

At Balanced Acupuncture, we understand that women are unique. Our bodies and minds are designed to meet our needs, and hormone balance affects us at every age. Stress impacts us in specific ways, and our minds develop to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. As women, we are amazing and special, deserving of care that reflects our uniqueness. Too often, broad-based treatment modalities, including many forms of acupuncture in the Lehigh Valley, focus on strategies developed primarily with men in mind. Here at Balanced Acupuncture, we embrace and celebrate how the woman's mind and body operates. We recognize that women go through different stages in life, each requiring tailored care. March Full Moon Sound Bath Event

Join us Tuesday, March 3, 2026, from 7-8 pm for an exceptional experience that blends sound therapy with acupuncture in the Lehigh Valley. This is not your typical sound bath; our sessions include acupuncture techniques from Allentown, PA, focusing on the 4 Gates to enhance energy flow during the sound bath. Each participant will also receive a brief 5-minute Reiki session to further assist in energy movement. Ella will be present to help guide your energy throughout the sound bath. Additionally, you will choose a crystal to charge during the session, which you can take home with you. These unique sound baths last 1 hour and are priced at $50 per session. CANCELLED
