Qigong was developed thousands of years ago in China as part of traditional Chinese medicine. The practice of Qigong involves using exercises to optimize energy flow within the body, mind and spirit to maintain health and well-being. Qigong classes will be taught either in a sitting or standing position and will utilize flowing movements to move qi through the body.
Sound baths use the principles of sound such as resonance, entrainment, frequency, and vibration to attune your body. The science behind sound therapy looks at frequencies. Every living thing has its own unique frequency, from an organ in your body to your own thoughts and feelings.
We use crystal singing bowls to generate frequencies and tones to rebalance the body.
We offer group Sound Baths and private Sound Baths

The ear is believed to be a microsystem of the entire body, with nerves running all throughout the ear that correspond to points throughout the body. There are points on the ear for everything from emotional to physical, from internal organs and to external parts of the body. Ear seed application, which is a form of Auriculotherapy, is the stimulation of specific points on the ear to have an effect elsewhere on the body. Ear Seeds are a non-invasive technique to stimulate points on the ear using small seeds or pellets applied using a piece of tape.
